This is a challenging time for all of us, and our hearts go out to everyone affected by the outbreak of COVID-19. We’re monitoring this situation, and we strive to comply with guidance and regulations from government and public health authorities across the globe.

Our number one priority is the safety of our team members and our customers. We are constantly working to help everyone stay safe while continuing to serve you and your business. 

 

Our teams

Our global teams are successfully working from home and we will continue to do it for the next few weeks/months, depending on how the situation develops. We are grateful to have at hand all the tools needed to communicate virtually, internally, and externally.

 

Our customers

Fortunately, the nature of our business is digital, so we expect lower disruption in our operations due to COVID-19. We know it’s of critical importance to ensure business continuity for our customers and partners. 2Checkout utilizes multiple datacenter facilities located in multiple continents, as well as cloud-based infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. We are therefore fully prepared to scale up our payment processing, and order management capacity, should a surge in eCommerce activity occur, in any country where our clients are selling (we already see spikes in software for remote collaboration, streaming, education & online courses, security, multimedia, etc).

We understand that these might be very difficult times for some of your businesses while for others it might be a time of growth. We want to assure you that our teams are here to support you every step of the way and that they will work continuously to make this period as easy as possible.
